General terms and conditions
These terms govern how a purchase in this online shop comes about and what applies afterwards.
Last updated: October 2026
This English version is provided for your convenience. In the event of any discrepancy, the German version of this page is the authoritative one.
1. Scope
These general terms and conditions (the Terms) apply to all orders placed through this online shop between VeCrisps, einfache Gesellschaft, represented by Christian Lito, Kirchenfeldstrasse 25, 3005 Bern (hereinafter «we» or «VeCrisps») and the ordering person (hereinafter «you»).
The version published at the time of the order is the one that applies. Deviating conditions of the ordering person apply only if we expressly agree to them in writing.
2. Offer and conclusion of contract
The presentation of the products in this shop is not a binding offer but a non-binding invitation to order. By completing the payment process you make a binding offer to purchase.
The contract of sale comes about as soon as payment has been successfully processed and we confirm your order to you by email. We reserve the right to decline orders without giving reasons, in particular if a product is no longer available. In that case we refund any payments already made in full.
3. Prices and payment
All prices are in Swiss francs (CHF) and are final prices for consumers. We are not currently liable for value added tax, so no VAT is shown separately. Shipping costs are shown separately during checkout, before you place your order bindingly.
Payment is made when you order. We accept credit and debit cards as well as TWINT. Processing is handled by Stripe. We do not currently offer purchase on account.
Prices are subject to change. The price shown at the time of the order is always the one that applies.
4. Delivery and passing of risk
We deliver within Switzerland and to Liechtenstein. The delivery period is usually 2 to 4 working days from receipt of the order. Delivery times are guidelines and not warranted characteristics. You will find the details under Shipping and delivery.
Shipping costs are CHF 6.90. From an order value of CHF 55.00 we deliver free of shipping charges.
Passing of risk: Benefit and risk pass to you only upon delivery to the delivery address you have given. If a parcel is lost or damaged in transit, we bear the risk. Contact us in such a case and we will arrange a replacement or refund the amount.
If a parcel cannot be delivered because of an incomplete or incorrect address, we do not bear the cost of a further delivery attempt.
5. Returns and withdrawal
For purchases made over the internet, Switzerland provides no statutory right of withdrawal or return. Swiss law does not know a withdrawal period for online purchases such as the one provided for in the law of the European Union.
We do not currently grant a voluntary right of return either. The reason lies in the nature of our product: once food has been delivered, we cannot put it back on sale for reasons of hygiene. Your statutory rights in the event of defects remain unaffected, see clause 6.
6. Defects and warranty
The statutory provisions on warranty for defects under Art. 197 et seq. of the Swiss Code of Obligations apply. Please check the goods on receipt and report defects without delay to christian.lito@mygymer.ch.
In the case of a justified defect, such as a damaged pack, an incorrect delivery or expired goods, we will at our discretion supply a replacement or refund the purchase price. Please keep the goods and any packaging until the complaint has been resolved.
Please observe the best-before date printed on the pack and store the product dry and protected from heat. We cannot be held responsible for defects arising from improper storage after delivery.
7. Liability
We are liable for damage caused intentionally or through gross negligence. Liability for slight negligence, as well as for indirect and consequential damage, lost profit or third-party claims, is excluded as far as legally permissible.
Liability for personal injury and mandatory liability under the Swiss Product Liability Act are not limited.
8. Data protection
How we handle your data is set out in our privacy policy. To process your order we pass the necessary details on to our payment service provider and to the carrier.
8. Changes to these Terms
We may amend these Terms at any time. The version published on this page at the time of the order applies to that order.
9. Applicable law and place of jurisdiction
Swiss law applies exclusively, to the exclusion of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
The place of jurisdiction is Bern, unless mandatory statutory provisions specify a different place of jurisdiction. For consumers, the mandatory places of jurisdiction under the Swiss Civil Procedure Code are expressly reserved.
