VeCrisps is run as a simple partnership (einfache Gesellschaft) under Art. 530 et seq. of the Swiss Code of Obligations. A simple partnership is not a legal entity in its own right and is not entered in the commercial register. The partners are personally and jointly liable.

Value added tax

VeCrisps is not currently entered in the register of persons liable for value added tax. In Switzerland, VAT liability generally begins at an annual turnover of CHF 100,000. Accordingly, no value added tax is shown separately on our invoices.

Payment processing

Payments in this shop are processed via Stripe. How your data is handled in the process is set out in our privacy policy. The contractual conditions can be found in the Terms.
