In Iffwil the carrots and beetroot grow. We buy them straight from the farm. In Siselen, 28 km on, they are gently vacuum-fried and packed. In Bern, another 35 km away, is where we are based. From field to us it is 63 km.

Can I order just one bag?
No, the shop sells the crisps from three bags up: in packs of 3, 6 or 12. For larger quantities, for a shop or an event for example, write to us via wholesale.
How long does delivery take?
We ship within Switzerland and to Liechtenstein. After your order comes in, delivery takes 2 to 4 working days. You will find all the details under Shipping and delivery.
What does shipping cost?
Shipping costs CHF 6.90. From an order value of CHF 55.00 we deliver free of charge.
Which payment methods are available?
Visa, Mastercard, Amex, TWINT, Apple Pay, Google Pay, handled by Stripe. Your payment details are processed directly by Stripe and never reach our own servers.
Can I return my order?
Swiss law provides no statutory right of withdrawal for online purchases, and we currently do not grant a voluntary right of return either. If something is defective or the delivery is wrong, please contact us straight away and we will find a solution. Your statutory rights in the event of a defect apply as a matter of course.
